We charge a one time fee to custom design your newsletter template with your brand look and feel, upload your email list, and add a newsletter signup box to your website.
We generally recommend Constant Contact because it allows the most design customization.
Monthly Email Newsletter Management
We charge a monthly fee to those clients who choose to have us manage their monthly newsletters, promotions and other E-Marketing campaigns.
With monthly management we will desgin and edit copy content and send to your email list. We encourage our clients and/or their employees to participate in the content writing of their newsletters. Newsletters should reflect the essence of who you are and what your business has to offer and are more effective in the tone of your own brand voice; 'ghost writers' are not effective and not encouraged.
We do not require a contract for this service; you may cancel at anytime with 15 days advance notice.
Building a Structured Marketing Program
Marketing is most effective when it is consistant. We recoomend that you set a schedule for your monthly E-Marketing, it can be weekly, bi-weekly, or once a month; the best option depends on you, your services, and your audience. Whichever option you choose we strongly suggest that you pick a schedule and stay with it, when possible, particularly for weekly E-Blast, it is best to send out on the same day of each week.
